SINGLE DESIGN TRANSFER LICENSE

SINGLE DESIGN TRANSFER LICENSE.

Effective July 1st 2021, you MUST purchase this license in order to SELL printed transfers including but not limited to Sublimation, Waterslide, Clear Cast, White Cast, HTV, Printed, Screen Printed, transfers and/or stickers.

This Extended license gives you permission to sell our designs as printed transfers.
Designs must be purchased in conjunction with this listing. Please note the individual design this license is for at the time of check out.

By purchasing this listing you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the following terms:
- Purchaser can not sell or share the digital file in ANY way altered or unaltered
- Purchaser can not alter and claim the digital design as their own. Silly M Designs LLC retains copywrite on all designs.
- Licenses are non-transferable
- No refunds will be given on Licensing under ANY circumstances
- Purchaser much purchase a (1 qnt) SINGLE DESIGN TRANSFER LICENCE for EACH design they intend to sell in transfer form OR purchase the EXTENDED LICENSE (separate listing) for Silly M Designs LLC (see details in separate listing)
- License does NOT allow selling on Print-On-Demand websites and/or services
- Purchaser may not copy or use files as a template to create their own similar designs for digital selling in an attempt to circumvent the terms of this license
- Purchaser has permission from Silly M Designs LLC the right to sell printed transfers with the purchase of this license per terms outlined in this listing
- Purchaser may add or remove text and/or other design elements to files for their own printing purposes ONLY

Failure to adhere to terms as outlined voids all licensing. No refunds will be issued and Purchaser may be barred from making future purchases.
